Our partnership with Georgetown’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and the McDonough School of Business provides Libyan leaders the opportunity to receive training from leading faculty and practitioners at one of the most prominent international affairs and business schools in the world.
National University of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy
Located in Singapore, the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is globally recognized as a leader in public policy training and research. Singapore’s public policies have been ranked amongst the best-performing in the world, and it is often the first country that nations benchmark when pursuing comprehensive reforms. The School offers unique insights into the Asian public policy experience from one of Asia’s most successful countries in implementing effective public policy. Our partnership with the Lee Kuan Yew School exposes Libyan leaders to some of the most experienced public policy thinkers and practitioners in Asia.
Located in Istanbul, Turkey, Bahçeşehir University is one of Turkey’s leading private universities. With significant experience teaching and researching the development of the Turkish economy, EU accession, and private sector reform, our partnership with Bahçeşehir University offers Libyan leaders the opportunity to study the reforms behind Turkey’s rapid development and economic growth. Bahçeşehir has particular expertise in public sector reform, foreign policy, financial sector development, and municipal management which provide potentially useful examples for Libya.

Our most common forms of international agreements are Memoranda of Understanding. These are overarching agreements governing the relationship between LIAS and other institutions. They are signed to underpin a strategic institution-to-institution relationship. We also execute legally binding arrangements in the form of contracts that guarantee the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.
